Measuring the performance of your products / services using tools such as Net Promoter Score (NPS), Customer Effort Score, Customer Churn Rate. We'll cover the customer experience expansion sheet to identify opportunities to improve the cusotmer experience and thereby increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and revenue.

Close the gap between ambition and performance
We'll create a well-crafted strategy and accompany it with a clear planning process. The six questions we'll answer are: Why do we engage in our work?  Where are we going? What do we need to do to fulfill our purpose? Who do we need to be involved? How are we going to create results practically? When do we want to achieve them? We'll then create a One Page Strategic Plan (OPSP) to execute.

SYSTEMS

Let your systems do the hard work so you can leverage your creativity
To create consistent results, we'll look at your existing systems and refine them so that you can work smarter, not harder.  Where systems are lacking, we'll create them and put them into practice. We'll also go through the 2x Operating Systems to turn the value you deliver into a machine that enables you to scale your impact.

PLANNING

Clearly understand what actions need to be taken in order to achieve your desired outcomes
To plan effectively and realise the swift execution of your vision, we'll plan using The Planning Circles, a system which takes the six areas of your business - people, operations, product, client expeirence, marketing and finance - set OKRs (Objectives and Key Results),  then define the KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).  We'll consider annual, quarterly and monthly goals, and put them into practice, with a system of action and reflection.
